In November 2025,the contract price of NAND Flash continued to maintain an overall upward trend.On the supply side,the original factory continued to shift its production capacity to more profitable 3D NAND products,resulting in a significant contraction in the supply of SLC and MLC;On the demand side,the demand for many niche applications such as telecommunications,industrial control,Netcom,automotive electronics and monitoring continues to be strong,jointly pushing prices higher.
 

Specifically,the average price of SLC products has steadily increased due to the steady demand for high reliability applications;MLC,on the other hand,saw a particularly significant increase due to the high supply shortage,and the imbalance between supply and demand aggravated the price increase.Although some applications have been gradually migrated to TLC products,the demand gap during the transition period has not been completely filled,and the overall supply tension has not been alleviated.Looking forward to the market outlook,it is expected that prices will still have upside in the short term,and the tight supply pattern will continue at least until the first half of 2026,and the price trend will remain strong.
