2.Introduction of GXHT30A temperature and humidity sensor chip.
The temperature and humidity sensor GXHT30A is a highly integrated single-chip temperature and humidity integrated sensor chip.Based on the advanced extremely weak signal detection technology of Zhongke Yinhe Core and the integrated development of MEMS technology,it can directly integrate highly sensitive MEMS humidity sensors on silicon-based CMOS wafers,and realize the real single-chip processing scheme.This design effectively eliminates the interference of data transmission between multiple chips,not only significantly reduces the chip occupation area,but also effectively improves the reliability and structural stability of the package.
